Best two-year fix?

Currently being advertised on the Stroud and swindon home page at http://www.stroudandswindon.co.uk/ It's a two-year fix at 4.15% with early redemption fees till may 08. Is that the best one around at present?

That all depends on your circumstances pennies. What I was trying to say is that with mortgages there is no "one size fits all" solution and a lot depends on your individual circumstances, and thats why its so important to take advice. If you getting advice withouthaving to charge a fee you have nothing to lose...
