If my OH goes Bankrupt, what happens regards his pension? (He doesn't pay into one at work, but he has an Army pension)

    I know it states about pensions in the details we were sent in the post from the Insolvency people, but didn't see any mention of Army Pensions.

    No not paying out now, it pays out when OH is 60, so 20 yrs to go yet.

    Well, as Army Pension will be HMRC approved, it will be exempt from BR estate.
