CCA not provided, still being chased, next move advise please.

I requested a CCA on a debt that I was being chased for going back to last century (sounds a long time that way :)). The DCA Robinson Way said the account would be on hold until it was provided. Nothing ever came but the debt was passed onto Moorcroft, I explained that the debt was on hold for CCA and they should give the debt back but they came back saying the CCA could not be provided as it went back to 1990!!!!.

Another few letters later and they are still chasing the debt, and now I'm getting daily phone calls as well.

Who can I report them too as OFT do not accept individual complaints, or any suggestions of what to do next as they obviously ignore letters.
