My sister had what she thought was a car loan with the Funding Corporation. When her husband lost his job and they missed a payment the FC asked for the full amount plus horrendous interest. Hi Amersall,
Since AXA 8 weeks time has expired, FOS I contacted my contact at FOS who advised me to send to her all the FOS complaint forms plus any other correspondence since this case started. I did that yesterday and posted via recorded delivery. I now await to hear from them.

I hope like you, they will pay up this time round.
