What do you do if you are thinking of moving in with someone, you both have your own places and house prices are really rubbish.
a) sell the most expensive house and move into the cheapie
b) sell the cheapie etc
c) sell both and take advantage of low prices to get a more suitable gaff for both of you
d) do'nt sell anything and sit tight for 20 years un til things get better
e) give the bird the heave-ho cos it's all too complicated and your really commitment-phobic?

Why would you sell the more expensive one when prices are down? Unless you think it's just going to get worse?0

Dunno if it's just me, but seems eyewateringly obvious?0 -
