Bl**dy Welcome Finance

Hi all,

Feeling very upset and angry at the moment.
Received in the post this morning an A of E and a statement of account for hubby from Welcome car Finance...I am fuming.
It is now obv they have gone for a CCJ and we were unaware of this; and would have certainly argued it as we were disputing our interest and charges!
To cut a long story short took out a loan in August 08 opening balance of £2155.75.
We have made payments of £1392.79, been charged interest of £1619.42 and charges of £330 for alleged calls, visits and trace fees! News to me because at the time they were applied I was working evenings and never had one person knock at the door or phone me!
Total amount we now owe is £2712.38 including court costs.
At one point we were paying a hundred a month and being charged £105 a month interest.
Is it too late to contest these charges or are we screwed and have to pay.
There is alot more to this case but these are the basic facts.

Thanks

Missus D
