Got this far... What can go wrong now?

Hi folks... after a ot of jumping through hoops I have finally been accepted (confirmed by the underwriter via my broker) by RBS for a mortgage.
So my file has been sent for checking and has also been selected at random for an FSA audit. I'm told we should have some movement on Monday and hopefully we will be able to instruct the surveyor etc.
Don't get me wrong I am under no illusions, I realise that the silightest hiccup and it could all get declined at the last moment but my question is what are the chances of it going wrong between now and exchange? What are the common things that people slip up on?
Any help greatly appreciated

they will check your credit score, incomings out goings etc. Asl ong as all the stands up to their criteria it shouldnt be a problem. That said Natiopnwide once declined me for no reason what so ever.0

glad to see they are doing fsa checks..only ten years too late..It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -
Anyone heard of having an apllication declined after an FSA check?0
