My OH likes to linger at the expensive foodie items section of our supermarket. About 3 months ago he came home with a reduced jar of Walnut pesto.
I have no idea what to do with it - any ideas greatfully recieved
Thanks
Trin

Have it on pasta or gnocchi or you could cook chicken in it and put the chicken in a nice salad.Taking responsibility one penny at a time!0

I've used it on a puff pastry base, spread out and then topped with sliced tomatoes and some feta or goats cheese, then popped into the oven until puffy and golden, everyone seemed to enjoy it,and its quite summery.I like it in pasta too.:heartsmil 'A woman is like a teabag: You never know her strength until you drop her in hot water'. Use as salad dressing, especially nice with tomato salad with mozzarella cheese! Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).0

Nice with potatoes - either toss new pots in it or add a dollop to mash. Or use it with bread crumbs to crust chicken or fish and cook in the oven0

Use it with olive oil to dress a mozzarella and tomato salad, if you like these ingredients. It's light, healthy and very suitable in the summer.Be careful who you open up to. Today it's ears, tomorrow it's mouth.0
