Win Your Wedding Competition Terms and Conditions

By entering this competition you accept these terms and conditions, together with terms which may be mentioned on this website or in The Daily Star Sunday newspaper regarding this competition. If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions, you should not enter this competition.
These terms and conditions may be amended at any time without notice. All changes will be posted on this website. It is your responsibility to review the terms and conditions on a regular basis so you are aware of any changes. It is recommended that you print or save a copy of the terms and conditions for future reference.

This competition is only open to United Kingdom residents aged 18 years or over. The promoter reserves the right to ask for proof of age and UK residential status. Employees and immediate family members (including live-in partners) of the Daily Star, Holiday Inn or Surviving the Credit Crunch group of companies are ineligible to enter and all such entries will be invalid.
Entries made before or after the date specified in the competition will be discounted.

The winner will be notified after the competition draw date or as soon as possible thereafter. The winner will be given a specific time period in which to claim the prize. Failure to respond in that time period may result in forfeiture of the prize. If successful contact is not made, or there is no response within the time specified in the competition information, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant and thereafter until a winner is determined.
The Promoter may refuse to provide the prize or require it to be returned, if the entrant is found to be in breach of the outlined terms and conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to withhold the prize until any required proof of eligibility and identity has been confirmed, failure to provide such documents may result in disqualification from the competition.

No cash equivalent or substitute prize will be given and this prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
This prize includes but is not limited to Function room hire, Buffett, Sparkling wine, Wedding planner, Civil Ceremony, DJ & disco plus Wedding night accommodation for the Bride and Groom and master of ceremony. Surviving the Credit Crunch and Holiday Inn reserve the right to amend the specifics of the detailed prize.

Travel arrangements are not included in the package. Travel date and destination is to be chosen by the winner, the date and destination chosen is subject to availability and the Wedding Package must be used by a final date specified by the provider. The winner is responsible for all insurance, taxes or costs, expenses and charges not specified in this prize description. The prize is also subject to the terms and conditions of the prize provider (Holiday Inn).
