P&P for online vitamins!

I usually order my vitamins online and every time I re-order (prob twice a year??) I just google the vitamin name and have a look through to find somewhere to get them from. I just ordered from 'Westons' and thought the P&P would cost £1.93, however this was the VAT figure and the P&P came out at £9.70. I only noticed I had been looking at the wrong figure once the order had been processed though! I know it's my own mistake, it's too early I think!!

However I immediately sent them an e-mail to ask them not to proccess the order, but where do I stand? The company is in sussex so £9.70 for 2 packs of vitamins seems excessive!! Do I have any recourse if they don't get back to me? Or do I just have to lay it down to experience? Hope someone can help me! Can't believe I was so stupid!
