Hi everyone - hope you have enjoyed the weekend. I nearly had a NSD yesterday - OH took me to lunch. Then at tea time I stupidly popped to the shops and spent £9 on , well, carp basically. Am v angry with myself. Did a bit better today though.

    1) Scratch 2 x 10p
    2) Went to car booty and spent 20p on an Emma DVD.
    3) Returned a broken item to BHS and spent £2 on a pair of lovely embroidered pillow cases - originally £8 each.
    4) All meals from stores. Made Irish Colcannon to use up potatos, spring onions and cabbage.
    5) Entered a couple of comps.
    6) Took T to Adventure Wonderland for the afternoon using our season tickets, and took our own drinks.
    7) Will watch On Thin Ice tonight for free entertainment and read my book.

Will the rain ever end???? We haven't had one decent day this summer holiday so far -fingers crossed this changes soon.
    See you tomorrow,
    L x
