  • i agree, it would make it so much easier for scottish members, it is really difficult to identify which accurate info here is relevent under the scottish system.

Well da Big Boss he say............. Nah.

But suggested that we theme a thread "Scottish...." when it involves a Scottish situation.

I'd so like to hear other peoples experiences with the Scottish system as I think thats where we're headed.

Ohh and me - brilliant site, and no matter where in the UK we all live we're all in the same boat, just with slightly different B/R rules. :)

    Hi,

Fab idea! We are in the process of becoming BR and whilst this board helped us make our decision and has been a great help-I do wonder if some of the posts apply to us! I'd be happy to post any findings on our BR journey :-)

    Here's to McMSE:beer:

I'd llike to help others out too as I've found this site invaluable! We're just about to file for bankruptcy under the "apparent insolvency" route as our Trust Deed failed to become protected. Sending our forms off when I finish my job in a couple of weeks. I'll definitely keep you all posted!
  • Yeah i would love a scottish side just as the laws are slightly differant although would also read and reply to other threads too :)

That's a great idea. It would be really helpful as at the moment people don't always say where they are, and I imagine a lot of people who've just arrived here for help don't realise there is a difference between Scotland and England in bankruptcy and debt laws.
  • So everyone going to start there threads with Scotland England Ireland or Wales then?

  • Think thats the problem fw not all newbies know to put "Scotland", or otherwise on the post heading, so some posts fall through the net.

I still think there's room for a McMSE, specially as the rules and system here are so different.

Just a teensy weensy wee tiny sub board.................. please
