CCCS review for my DMP

I rang CCCS today to lower my next payment as we were unable to make all this mths payment due to my oh having to take time off to look after me. then whilst speaking to them explained income had gone down each week due to change in hours so could we review.
The girl on the phone said if had all figures could do over phone there n then so i did. At first she got it all completely wrong and said i had nothing at all left to use to pay and was still 200 short to pay urgent bills. so had to tell her she had made a mistake somewhere as i knew we had at least 500 after all our debts were paid! So she did it again just by me tellig her what we had less each week and it worked out correct this time and that we needed to reduce our payment by 90.
So we sorted that out and it will start in sept after the august reduced payment.
Well because she got it wrong the first time im worried now we need to do something else. When we first started last yr we had to send proof of what we earnt but she never mentioned to said any proof. Does anyone know what happens on a review is that normal not to send anything this time round to prove our lower wage? Also Ive just looked on the website at my plan and no details have changed yet does it take awhile?
Im probabaly panicking over this but its upsetting me as im worrying about it that it might not have been reviewed properly??? My minds elsewhere at the moment so i could just be overreacting but i just wondered if sumone could reassure me, please.
many thanks in advance

My OH has never had to send in details of anything - they've just taken my word for it. He's just done a review of his payments as his circumstances are changing for a few months - only took a few minutes on the phone, then they followed it up with a letter confirming the changes 2 days later.
Give it a few days then check again perhaps - or phone them again?:j Almost 2 stones gone! :j

Hi
I had a review with them in April and didn't have to send any further paperwork. Just went over it on the phone with them and they did confirm it in writing which arrived about 5 working days after my review.Debt 30k in 2008.:o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free

Things do take a while to be updated - it's like bank statements on line or via cash points etc - they don't always show recent transactions but a few days later they will show.Debt 30k in 2008.:o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free
