Crew Clothing Slow Online Returns Policy

Beware Crew Clothing's online shopping if you need to return an item.
It takes up to 21 working days, and at the moment I'd say it WILL take 21 working days if you are lucky - I'm still waiting.

I posted an item back on the 25th June and they cannot tell me if they received it back yet. Seems it takes 21 days for them to get it recorded back onto their systems.

So, at the moment it has been 1 calendar month and no refund yet. That's pretty poor and I cannot understand why it takes so long.

I've also had quite a lot of trouble getting the right department on the phone and promises of a phone call back have not happended.

Be warned.
