ok not badly in debt yet but it could get there!!

ok we currelty have a mortgage for about £84k
a loan of jsut under £8k
and now the credit card is jsut over £1k and increasing with the car and building and contents insurance going on there (have no spare cash at the mo!)
we ahve no decided to get the house in the best state we can to sell, as for 1 i ahve had enough of owning especially this house and of where we are, so we will see and go back to renting yes we are paying someone esles mortgage but any problems is someone elses worry.
for us it will alos clear all our debt and leave us with spare cash each month to cover the car fully an the contents insurance and still have spare to give the kids a good time (not much of that lately)
we will rent privatley for a bit but we will get on to the housing list if we can as there is more security with that than private renting.
i jsut hate the stress of owning and being in debt, the worry of something breaking and cant get it fixed as it is too expensive, too much hype is put on owning, they froget to tell you of al the additional costs on top, nt only do you have the mortgage but there is also the mortgag insurance and payment protection and cost of breakages etc it all adds uo to a lot more than expected.
i have looked round the estate agents at retal properlties and we can get a much bigger house that will fit us all a lot better for about the same as the mortgage which is fine by me but to buy that sort we would be looking way out of our price range
I love War Of The Worlds:heart2:
