I think you can search the insolvency website to see who has BRO/U and why.

do you need any advice? do you think you may get one?

if you took out a loan when you was working and was paying for just over 12mths of 5yrs then became unemployed and could not pay and went br would that be classed as obtaining without resonable expectation to repay?

Generally not as when you took out the loan you were working. Also depends on your income and outgoings at the same time though.

I would also say no. You have repaid for 12 months, you weren't to know you'd lose your job so don't fret over it. When you look at what some of the ones on the link have done, they have mostly been extreme and verging on criminal ;)

It's all to do with you expectation at the time. For instance if you took out a reasonably repayable loan whilst working, went on holiday and a week leter were informed you were being let go than that would not be misconduct. only about 2-3% of people get BRO/U's
