Tesco prepay card withdrawn

Just been informed that the prepay card that gets you double points has been withdrawn to new applications.

Can you tell us who "informed you" that it's closing to new applications?

And the link you provide is to the travel money card - I think you are talking about Clubcard Plus.

Someone did mention this on another thread- the existing clubcard plus thread. It is true as far as I know as several peolle have also mentioned this after calling up to ask for an application- I have a card, I am praying they don't stop it as I really love the double points thing- but who knows, maybe they are trying to re-vamp it and bring it out for everyone?

i telephoned on tuesday and asked for the ccplus and received an application in post, dated 22/7/09 "thank you for your interest in tesco personal finance. I have enclosed an application for for a Clubcard Plus Account"

How do you know that you are getting double points with the clubcard plus? It doesn't appear on the bill?

I read on another website that this card had been withdrawn too. I must have just got in by the skin of my teeth. Would someone be kind enough to show me where the clubcard plus thread is on MSE - I must be a bit thick coz I can't find it. tia.
