Discounted to £16 at the moment and suppose to give well paid surveys - I dont mind the initial outlay if it gives returns. Anybody actually registered and using it?

if they are asking for money i would not touch them with a barge pole,
you are likely to never see your money again and end up with no surveys,
or it could be another company that operates like vindale where you pay out and then reclaim your money via a cashback site,
i would steer clear of them if i were you.

Never pay for survey information regardless of any reviews as there are some excellent free sites giving the same if not more information. There is a big, long official thread somewhere on here that mentions a few that other members use. I can't remember all the ones recommended but I did find out about http://www.whichsurveys.com on there and have found that very good.

just had a look at whichsurveys.com and some of the information is out of date

    * ciao pays out at £10
    * the itsyourview affiliate link should not be on there as their program is currently suspended from affiliate future

*Emailinform - do NOT register with them, they are a spam company and you will find your email box flooded
*Zoom panel - never seen any gift certificates in their prize catalogue

Have they changed the Ciao payout level as I've always cashed out at £10?

Zoom Panel - I've always cashed in my Zoompanel points for Globogift certs which I then exchange for Amazon vouchers but there were loads of other UK (or overseas) shops I could have chosen instead.

I don't know about any agreements with affiliate future but the link works fine for me.
