Depends on the Which OR you get and the complexity of your case. The requirement you have is to make yourself available at the request of the OR. Sometimes this means having a face to face interview and sometimes a telephone one. It has been known for OR's to be more accomodating in life change situations i.e when you are emigrating but probably less so with holidays. The interview is usually in the first few weeks, can you hold of until then

Thank you for your reply, it is not a holiday as such, im considering moving over there anyway, threre have been a few issues where I have been assaulted had my car smashed up and so on, and advised by the police to keep a low profile and if i stay here all the police said was " watch you back " which is why i want to get away really.

email or telephone details here....but they'll probably tell you the same as everyone else has you'll still need to be able to be contacted by the OR wherever you are....if your unable to leave contact details the OR "could" delay your discharge once bankrupt...and far as I know your unable to send any information via email (except your initial bankruptcy paperwork)

When you go bankrupt and then speak to the OR on the phone, tell them you are leaving the country in x number of days. They should be able to fit you in an urgent interview if needed.
