The offer? if i remember rightly they their drive by valuation gave us 22k worth or equity, we always believed we had around 10-12k worth. we gave 6k for the equity.. however a house one bed smaller than mine just sold for 20k lower than our lowest valuation.. i think finding out what a house is really worth is hard.0

Yeah, same goes for everything really, it's worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it, unless you ask everyone in the world you can never be sure.0
