Online Form Locked can i change ?

I have locked my online form and have a refrence number, I want to change a couple of things (include the benefits on the SOA) I have downloaded the Word file from the website and changed the relevant items, then printed and replaced just the pages i changed on my Petition.

Is this ok ?

Do they (court or OR not sure who) refer just to the online copy which i cannot change, or the printed copies i sign and take to the court?

Thanks
