Contacted ASA and ISP (thanks chickaroone for your help) regarding TalkTalks breakage of their Terms and Conditions to win the vouchers via their promo game. Had emails back from both who are investigating the case thoroughly after they decided the game was suddenly for staff only, despite T&C's stating clearly it was open to ALL UK RESIDENTS OVER 18 EXCLUDING EMPLOYEES.
Goooo ASA! :T

CASE WON! I have just recieved an email saying I have won 1st prize of £400 worth of Amazon vouchers and to confirm my email address; thank you reniannen for your OP, and chickaroonee for your help regarding contacting ISP, and to the staff at ASA who made complaining a worthwhile process! Over the moon, will really help with some Christmas spending for the little one. Thank you Thank you Thank you!!! Hopefully they actually WILL materialise now, or ASA will have some more work to do.

well, they sent me the email saying i'd won 1st prize on friday from a PR company. confirmed addy and didnt hear a peep all weekend, though i figured maybe the office was closed.
contacted this morning asking politely when the voucher will be sent, and PR rep said he would sort it today...
and i'm still waiting up to now. still fingers crossed they materialise, its my dads 50th in a fortnight, and keep looking what i could get little one and my nephew for christmas off amazon.
*prays they stick to their promise*
eek
Thanks again to reniannen for your original post, turned out tops in the end! :iloveyou:
