Same here, the winning codes are still coming as winning but no emails, I even thought maybe you can only claim them with NI postcode, but tried it and it is not working. Might be worth to send them email.

    From FAQs section
    7. I have not received an email from the website
Some email suppliers mark emails from promotional websites as spam. Adding info@1in10wins.com to your address book may help. However, unfortunately, the emails may sometimes not even appear in your spam folder. If this happens, please contact us.
same thing is happening on galaxy though so am hoping it is a bug in their system and will be fixed monday. hoping so anyway have a few winning dvd codes and two for books.

I don't think any of us in England are going to get our DVD's from the NPN codes.

I have just realised that the one code I have won with so far wins every time I enter it no matter how many times in a row so I wouldn't think I am going to get the prizes.

I am afraid so, these codes wouldn't go thru unless you use the exact email and post code when entering your detail

If that's true then it's a bit out of order really, isn't it? Why should NI residents be allowed to enter without purchasing a product when GB residents aren't?

It's got something to do with the gambling laws being different in NI
Thanks to everyone who posts comps, I love winning prizes big and small

In that case I have a different question: if I've already had a confirmation e-mail through (which I received before Mars changed the site), does that mean that I will still receive my DVD? Has anyone received a DVD yet even though they used a fraudulent NI postcode?

yep, the gambling laws are different here in N.Ireland.

And if it's any consolation, I tried it with a proper NI address and I am having the same probelms with no email.

So it looks like it's the website.....not because you are all trying to cheat the system

I emailed Mars to complain about the lack of confirmation emails and they replied simply saying there was no problem with the system and that I should refer to the FAQs from now. Not terribly helpful really. Also doesn't explain why you're having no luck with a genuine NI address.
