I've had this problem with Planets.

The sell by date stamp is obscuring the code. Have emailed customer service and they asked me to send in packets, that was couple of weeks ago, still not heard anything

I only use the code once and thats it Not sure if I need to send the wrappers in, I hope I've kept them all!!

I have entered about 10 times in total and won 3 times, so I think either I've been very lucky or you unlucky. Keep at it
