    Why does the word "F r e e l o a d e r" without the spacing, get reduced to exclamation marks??

    Bizarre.

I've got one myself. I must confess to being a touch disappointed with its ability to actually hold charge.

Even on holiday, a day's full sun exposure (crikey, it gets hot!) and it was only able to give a burst of charge into a mobile phone for 10 minutes before being emptied.

If I think I'm going to have to actually use it, I give my f r e e l o a d e r a five min boost of the laptop before I go away and if I'm driving around it sits on my dashboard during the day. That then gives me enough charge to keep my mobile running for two days, without the wee boost though its not so great.

Thats interesting. Sounds similar to mine. Defeats the object if you have to charge it beforehand in my opinion.

Sometimes key words are banned to annoy repeat abusive posters. That sounds like the sort of abusive term that might be levelled at people who are trying to save money.

I think it is/was a derogatory term used in other forums on MSE to describe those who 'sponged'.
