After submitting the form the page that follows says in small writing at the bottom "Entrants must be Mercury customers". I checked the terms and conditions and it doesn't mention this as a condition at all.
Although it can't be legal to add an extra condition after you enter, I expect none of our entries will be considered valid.

Yes, no use worrying - but maybe worth asking.
I have emailled the two Mercury directors listed on their website, pointing out the mutually exclusive nature of the two conditions and asking if my entry will be honoured or rejected.
I'll post any updates here if they reply.
