Should I have heard anything by now?

Hi everyone
Where does the time go? Has been over 2 weeks (8th July) since my day in court and have not heard anything. I spoke to the or on the day just to confirm who I was and take bank account details and he said they would be in touch to arrange interview, he said I would get a phone call and then written confirmation but can't remember how long he said this would take. I have had a couple of letters from creditors both offering full and final settlements so have just filed these away ready for when I hear from the or. The bank account that I had overdraft etc with seems to have been closed and my coop account is still open so assume thats fine as or said he would let them know immediately. I know there was a few of us that went br in the same week so just wondered what stage you were at should I give them a ring and ask or just wait?
Thanks again for everyone's help I couldn't have done this without this forum.

Sounds like its probably normal then although I haven't had any forms yet. They must be just busy so will just wait I think.
Thanks0 -
Was your case easy and of low debt (relatively of course) some times they dont interview at all. You should have had some forms at least. might be worth giving them a ring.
BTW did you send the final settlement offers back telling them you would prefer to settle for £0Hi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.

I think it probably is an easy case, can't afford to pay debts any longer as oh has been ill since October so living on one wage, though I had around £35k unsecured debt which seems a high amount to me. No house or assets other than car which is on HP. Does this sound like an easy case to you?
Like the idea of offering £0 for final settlement.0 -
Well the or phoned this afternoon and has made an appointment for Friday 31st July on phone is going to now send me the forms to sign and return with HP agreement, loan agreement and bank statements. Thanks for your help this morning.0
