Bankruptcy and partner income/expenditure

I am in the early stages of considering if bankruptcy is the best option for me and would like to know the answers to the following questions and would be grateful if anyone could help.

1) It is only me going bankrupt. What proportion of my husbands income and expenditure is he reasonably expected by the OR to contribute to the household? All household and credit card bills in my name. Only his car insurance and his half of council tax bill in his name but his income is regurlarly used to pay 'my' bills.

2) What do you put on the form about catalogue items on Buy Now, Pay Later?

Many Thanks

Hi Swampmonster (brilliant name btw) here is some info.

1)Your husband will be expected to pay a "fair share" regardless of whose names the bills are in. This means that if your and your husbands pay was equal then he would be expected to pay 50% of the joint outgoings (food, rent, energy, water etc). He does not have to contribute towards your sole outgoings (car, maintenance payments, work expenses etc.). If you earnt 60% of the income then he would only be expected to contribute to 40% of the joint outgoings.

2)Include them in section 4, you have already incurred the liability when you bought them
