Think I have seen these in boots (the back of the packet I mean). They work to try to lower or stop your appetite- most diet pills promise to do this.
The problem is though, most people are overweight for other reasons such as...
Comfort eating/eating due to stres/loss/sugar addiction, none of which are altered due to feeling hungry or full.
Lack of excercise- eat however little you want, it will always be phenominally hard to lose weight unless you excercise- not necess. going to the gym, but just walking 30 minutes everyday is enough. It gets yiour body moving and helps to create muscle. Stop excercising, your muscles will weaken and waste and your body will use them for fuel instead of using fat reserves.
Intollerances, allergies, bloating (water retention), medication or a medical genetic disorder.
If though, you do have a problem with eating and not being able to feel full, then this is aimed at you. Most people do know when they are full- if they really stop and think about it when eating/after eating, they just don't listen to it- this product wont make you stop eating when you are full, it will just create feelings of feeling full. If you ususaly override them, this isn't going to change that.
But will work for some people- be good to hear any stories on this product!0 -

All truth goes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Then, it is violently opposed. Finally, it is accepted as self-evident.0 -
I took up the free trial when it was offered back in January, and I had no problems cancelling. It's not one of these trials where the company is based in Nigeria or somewhere and they are impossible to get hold of by phone! it was a UK number I called, the lady cancelled it immediately and no more money was taken from my account.0

You have been warned....
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1682125
These 'weight loss' companies very rarely give something for nothing and will ensure it is difficult to cancel your membership. This is why they spam people in the hope that they will sign up.
You will note from what one poster tells you on that thread, once you have given your CC details they can carry on charging it whenever they like. The CC company CANNOT stop these payments but once you make them aware that you have cancelled the membership they can keep an eye out for potential fraud.
Alarm bells should be ringing.
I agree with jennie though, this is a quick fix and it is better to learn better eating habits and do at least 30 minutes exercise 4 times a week. I know it is easier said than done and I have certainly been in the overweight to odese catagory but if you watch what you eat and learn what is in it then it means for the future you will understand what you are eating. I KNOW how bad cheese and crisps are for me and I still eat them, just not in the same amounts I used to and so I maintain a healthy weight. Lecture over - sorry.0
