Not sure if this is the right forum but is there anywhere i can buy washable face pads in stores rather than over the internet?
I am thinking of going over to using the washable ones instead of cotton wool pads and would like to have a look at them first.
Thanks
rigs.

Hi rigsby,
You should get more help with this on the Health and Beauty board so I'll move your thread over there.
Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere(please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. I bought some face flannels for this purpose. Mine were from Ikea, but supermarkets sell cheap packs.
I like the the fact that they are slightly rough and I'm getting a gentle exfoliation at the same time.Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no: 203.0 -
I have some very thin tesco value flannels. I use almond oil, wiped off with loo roll for removing make-up , but finsh off with warm water and wipe with flannel...I think its exfoliating too.
I use them for a couple of times rinsed off , then stick them in the machine with the whites, but they also get an occasional sterilise after washing by sticking them damp in a clear plastic lidded takeaway container in the microwave and giving them a zap!!0 -
Hi,
Sorry if I sound dim, do you mean flannels, triangle sponges for foundation or the round pads for face powder, all of those popped through my little brain
Anyway, Wilkinsons is your best bet, I buy lots of things on ebay but in this instance Wilkinsons is your place or Tesco no doubt. Thats assuming of course you have these near you.
As far as washing goes flannels in the washing machine and the others in pillow cases and in the machines.0 -
Are you possibly talking about muslin cloths to remove cleanser?
If so, baby shops are a good bet for that - they might be a bit big but you can always cut them up and hem them if needs be."A mind needs books as a sword needs a whetstone, if it is to keep its edge." - Tyrion LannisterMarried my best friend 1st November 2014Loose = the opposite of tight (eg "These trousers feel a little loose")Lose = the opposite of find/gain (eg "I'm going to lose weight this year")0 -
