Terms & Conditions of the Register & Win competition!

1. No purchase necessary.

2. The quiz prize is a weekend break package for two, consisting of

• a pair of Economy class return tickets to Budapest, Hungary from any destination in the Mal!v network on a scheduled, Mal!v-operated flight (code-share flights are excluded)

• and 2 nights stay in a double room including breakfast

• 2 x 72h Budapest Cards

• 2 sightseeing tours

3. Competition entries are accepted for draws:
• in June: until 4 pm CET on 30 June 2009,
• in July: until 4 pm CET on 31 July 2009,
• in August: until 4 pm CET on 31 August 2009.

4. In all 3 months, all correct entries will be collected and the winning entry will be drawn at random:
• for June: at 5 pm CET on 30 June 2009,
• for July: at 5 pm CET on 31 July 2009,
• for August: at 5 pm CET on 31 August 2009

at M!rcius 15. t!r 7., Budapest. The Tourism Office of Budapest will draw 1 (one) winning entry every month in all 3 months (June, July and August 2009) for this competition.

5. The winner will be notified by email at the address given in the competition registration form and his/her name will be published on this page, within 1 week of the draw.

6. Mal!v will cover all applicable airport taxes and charges. The costs of the transfers, travel insurance, parking, spending money and all and any other incidental travel expenses are not included in the prize. The prize ticket cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be transferred to a third person, and the route cannot be changed.

7. Only those players have their names submitted to the prize draw who answered the questions, accepted the Terms & Conditions AND made a valid registration. Every completed competition form is entered for the prize draw on only one occasion in one month, but another form may be submitted to the draw for the following month.

8. Competition forms submitted without a valid registration and/or without acceptance of the Terms & Conditions of the quiz shall not be accepted. The Tourism Office of Budapest bears no responsibility whatsoever for any losses resulting from incorrect registration details given by the player.

9. The voucher entitling the holder to the prize is consigned by mail, or email.

10. The winning player is required to cooperate with the Tourism Office of Budapest in order to ensure that consignment of the voucher entitling the holder to the prize takes place latest 30 (thirty) days after the draw. If the winner does not fulfil this cooperation obligation, so that consignment of the voucher does not occur in time, then Tourism Office of Budapest and Mal!v Hungarian Airlines cannot be held responsible. Only that person has entitlement to collect the voucher who filled out the competition form drawn as the winning entry and who can be identified on the basis of name and email address.

11. The winner is required to make a confirmed booking before using the tickets. Flight and hotel reservations must be made at least 30 days before departure. Flight and hotel bookings are subject to availability. Travel must be completed by 15 December 2009.

12. All persons entering the competition give their unconditional consent to their personal data given in the competition form being entered into the database of Mal!v Hungarian Airlines and Tourism Office of Budapest. Furthermore, Mal!v Hungarian Airlines and Tourism Office of Budapest may use these data - without any further remuneration or permission - for its own marketing activities. All players, by participating in the competition, that is, by filling out the competition form, consent to the use of data given by them in the manner detailed above, and state that they consent to personal data handling for the benefit of Mal!v Hungarian Airlines and Tourism Office of Budapest. By filling out the competition form the participant accepts all the conditions of the competition.

13. Any player who does not wish to receive personalized commercial offers in future can request deletion of his/her data from the database in a written application to the following address: MALÉV Zrt. - Marketing Department, 1097 Budapest, Könyves K!lm!n krt. 12-14. Mal!v Hungarian Airlines is the data handler. The database is not made available to any other party. To be deleted from the database of the Tourism Office of Budapest, write an email to info@budapestinfo.com.

15. Mal!v reserves the right to amend the rules of this competition at any time, including suspension of the form itself. In such cases, Mal!v is obliged to notify all players about such changes. Mal!v bears no subsequent liability.

16. This competition is not open to employees of Mal!v Hungarian Airlines and the Tourism Office of Budapest or any person directly or indirectly connected with this competition or family members of any of these persons.

17. Any breach of these Terms & Conditions by an entrant voids their entry. Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries invalidate an entry.
