word of warning i have now been told i am being investigated cos i used the codes on a couple of a catalogues and registered as a new customer on each apparently this is fraud?

Of course it is not fraud.
If they wanted to trade under one trademark then they would have one company.
I suppose they have few just because they are doing some interesting tax fraud themselves...

All you have to say is that you were not aware that they are one and the same company. How were you supposed to know???

Let's be honest, it's a 'very' bad name for a new company anyway....
  • Has anyone had any joy when making a complaint in writing to Additions Direct (used to be Littlewoods, Index..) as I spoke to such a rude and argumentative customer services person I had to end the call. It was awfull and I need to complain to hopefully stop that advisor talking to other customers like that.

I've looked on the internet and the only number I can find listed for feedback is the one on the statement.

Can't you just register under another name at same address, ie your son or daughters and then order and you'd be new cust or your OH's

I've placed an order for wii fit throught 'very' twice and both orders were cancelled. I've used the promotion code first time I ordered and then when it was cancelled by 'very' I've placed another order. The second time, I used a different email to create an account but same address as 'very' wouldn't let me use the promo code for the second time...Anyway,when my second order was cancelled (for uknown reason then) I received a letter through the post saying that unfortunately, they had to cancel my oreder because the card I used is not registered in UK. My card in fact is registered in the UK with RBS and that's the only card I've got and always use to pay for things online and in shops without a problem. Am not going to try again as have lost hope in this company. Maybe that's a good thing as I have saved myself £42... even tho I won't be as wii fit as I hoped to be :rotfl:
