Just did it - but ended up on quick quid, a subsidary I presume who kept throwing me back to an offer of £450, wouldn't let me have only £80, minimum £100 @£25 so hope this has worked.
Mama read so much about the dangers of drinking alcohol and eating chocolate that she immediately gave up reading.

I done it last year through quidco and it tracked no probs. Dont extend the loan and your quids up. My friend just done it last month and has been paid. Mines was paid within the month.

    Hope that helps

PS. Does not show on your credit file and only had a few emails from them, normally every month, no phonecalls as yet.

restart it click the link again, then open a new window you didnt go to the credit agreement did you?

Hi - getting a bit paranoid - you did have to go through to the credit agreement, didn't we? So this is just a simple matter of receive £80 and on the date they've given they take £100? And then nothing else?

Just want to ensure I've got it right.

And I did it through my spammy e-mail address, so no worries if they want to send monthly requests.

This is to make sure you get the cashback. As long as you went through quidco then you should be ok. I always delete my cookies first just in case i was on that website before and dont get the cashback

    Hope that helps

Don't do this if you can't afford to lose £20. I've had nothing track after over 30 hours and despite asking not to be contacted I've been sent a text this morning from a similar company offering me a same-day loan. I never get random texts, as only a few people have this number. I should have known better really, but as long as it's only £20 I lose, I can cope. I'm more concerned about the security of my bank account.

Mines tracked on quidco now, and no spam come through either. I ticked the box saying don't pass my details on- that might be where you went wrong esmeralda.

Has anyone managed to do this twice? I have done it before, Quidco paid out at end of month, no spam and they made one call to see if I wanted to extend the loan, I said no and never got any hassle.

Oh dear! It might be too late but perhaps send them an email reminding them that you ticked it, and yet you have now received lots of spam messages?

The tip from the Debt-free Wannabe's daily clicks thread is to have a separate bank account for this kind of thing (in case you're - rightly - nervous about having all your eggs in one basket); and a sim (Quidco are doing an Affordable Mobiles cashback for a sim card, perhaps that would be suitable?). I have a couple of current accounts going from when I received cashback to open a new one, so am now using a separate account for this kind of thing.

PS - have you checked on Quidco Missing Earnings whether this appeared at all? Mine tracked the same day just a few hours later. It should be showing by now.

PPS - Just to ask, is it real, real spam you're getting - ie wanting to improve your body shape and so on, or is it for loans? (ie possible '3rd Party' sites)? I also use a separate Google e-mail address for this kind of thing, as that e-mail has now been horribly spammed. I beginning to feel very inadequate, and I'm female!
