You have NOT failed. You have found that you have a problem, you have taken professional advice, you have followed that advice and you have had the courage to do what needs to be done to get your life back on track and give your little one the best start in life.

My DH and I spent the best part of 10 months of my first childs 1st year of life in a B&B waiting to be rehoused as we lost our house, try living like that for a while.

So now will you try and stop worrying and enjoy being pregnant and start planning for this baby and all the joy that it will bring.

I'm a huge worrier too, so I can appreciate where you are coming from, but you really do need to relax and destress, especially if this has caused you to be in hospital already.
Each office is different and works at a different pace. Yours may well be done and dusted within a few months.
Once the OR has started the ball rolling, its doubtful they will then change their minds.
Here's a useful nugget of information. Once the OR has initially reviewed your case at the start of the BR, it is unlikely that they will even look at your file again. They extract what info they need to act on (i.e the house, the car etc) and thats it. I have spent the best part of the year stressing that I'm going to get a BRU for buying this darn laptop then going BR 3 months later after never making a payment! But the truth is, OR only work on tip-offs. So when your file is looked at, its looked at. They wont go back to it and start complicating things unless they recieve some information.
So I cant see there being a problem with why the OR would change their mind on you. Try to relax, enjoy the rest of your pg and lose the word failure from your thoughts.
