On behalf of my friend.. whose ex is being a complete @rsehole...
.. he earnt 3k a month ago.. as a salesman he receives bonuses and commissions which are hefty in comparision with his meagre incomings.. he SEEMS to have wangled this down with the CSA to only be paying an amount which comes to his BASIC only ????
How can this be so? He even has rental income as he lets his property out.
He is very smug about the whole thing, and not even seeing their baby.. plus he has left he in lots of debt

She needs to ask the commission to look at his p60 as it is more reflective of his income. As for the rental income, She might wish to consider a variation application on the grounds of Assets ( the equity in the property needs to be more the 65K) for it to be sucsesfull if the equity is less than that get the commission to request his self assessment it should show the rental income on that after the usual expenses.0

That's a good idea... about the P60.. although most of last year she was supporting him.. hence all the debt!
I don't think he does a self assesmment on the property, it is rented to someone we know through the housing benefit and he didn't even make his mortgage lender aware.. until she had been there some months.. luckily for him they said it was ok.:cool:0
