last night was the first night in my bed in 6 nights ...

On a very positive side, I now have no problems going to sleep, OK I only sleep for about 5 - 6 hours, but it is good quality, sound sleep:D

On a not so positive side, I do have the odd strange dream still, but that could just be me:o
