Day 4 3 nights off so far.

Crap.....feeling jumpy tonight, just rubbish willpower and a chicken run stopping me and a deal with someone else for both of us not to drink.

How are you getting on?

Fight it babe - I know how you feel exactly - tries to get me every evening. If you can just hold out for a bit the worst time passes and it then lulls for a bit.
