ac, please do not beat yourself up. You are facing up to what has happened to you and trying to do something about it. You have more courage in your little finger than those trolling idiots have in their entire bodies. Please do not let them chase you away. Please do not any of you let them chase you away.

There are dozens an dozens of people who care what happens to you and everyone else who has the courage to post here. I have spoken to so many people who read this thread but do not post because they have too much respect for what is happening here.

That doesn't meant we aren't out there, and we care.

I'll shut up now.

OMG - Having read the last couple of replies, I realise now that I shouldn't have posted.

It has taken a couple of minutes for the penny to drop, but by me offering by support and encouragement it seems it has been mis-constrewn (?sp)

I am not a troll, and would have never posted knowing it may have made anyone feel bad.

I am so sorry if I have upset anyone?? Please accept my apologies.

I am myself feeling upset as I know deep-down I wouldn't hurt a fly!!

ac - little changes - baby steps - don't beat yourself up about set backs. Just thinking about going to AA is a real proof that you do care and you do want to change and ... where there's a will there's a way.

You've got me mich and harrie saying thanks for your post and ac asking where you were last week when she needed someone like you to post. Someone who sounded very kind and posted a lovely message.

Good - glad pain stopped. I seem to have come out in a big rash since stopping - is this normal?? Perhaps I am allergic to being sober! Nice try eh
