im facing reality.......

3 binges in one week ! not good.....

got another prscription off GP for muscle spasm....

think its time i got a grip while i have abit of help
with having the multipul function of tablets...

just logged on to the AA website (wrote tne number down)
(broke down crying) thats before i dial xxx

looks like the next meeting i can make is next thursday xxx

thats if ive got the balls to do it xxxxxxxx

As racy/pink said to me the other night, you didn't expect to do it all straight away, in fact you didn't plan anything. Whatever you have done has been for the good, take it from there.

I urge others who have a problem to get outside help too from the people who know what they are doing ,it's ok getting chatty support here but it's an illness ....................get all the help you need and good luck

all i no is this much......

i never started on the first thread to give up...
i didnt have a plan...
and then one came along...

try to stop the drinking everynight...&
to stop binging..

i did it but.....
this last week i could of so bloody easily gone back to
how i was..... i no i definatly DO NOT want to be like that again.....

PLUS... i no i was doing so well here, started to open up a little...
Im not blaming the 'attack' for my relapse but i havent been able to
post the same as before.......

i dont no wots going to happen between now and the meeting.....
just alot of thinking and more excuses not to go i guess

i may turn up next week and get laughed out of the hall ..

i have visions of someone saying

'' you think you have a problem, try being me'' , i mean ...

its kind off under control xxxxx isent it ?????.....

I applaud you for even thinking about going. You can do it if you want to.

You won't get laughed at, doubt you'll even have to speak if you don't want to. You'll probably be surprised at the mix of people there as well
