Alcohol self help thread II

Hi

Had a night drinking again, I think Al's counciller was right when he said "you're not trying hard enough" and I think it applies to me now, not Al.
Agreed with the OH to go at least 10 days before I drink again, then she goes away for the night.
I'm not totally sure why I've suddenly gone off the rails, a combination of reasons I think, feeling down is always a good one to get me started and I am down.

Managed to get myself moving quickly yesterday and clean all the windows inside and out, in the house and I have a hell of alot of windows!! and they hadn't been cleaned for a year...........terrible I know.

we going to have to get a grip ac i was great friday then gone sat sun

OH ok with that along i keep off mon - fri i think i am going to wish my life away waiting to get blagged on a weekend
