Evening Al, how's today been for you ?

Started good, wife and children came home, was good, went bad for 10 minutes, good again.

I had a weak period today but gorged on choccy bics instead. Feel a bit sick now but at least I don't want a drink

Haven't gorged as such, just munched from midday onwards.
