I feel worthless quite a lot. And when you're feeling down, it is very hard to see why you aren't.

I wish I could give you a way to stop it happening, or to get out of it when it does happen, but I can't.

If I feel I need to cry, I do, gone are the days when I did that macho cr4p.

I don't know what to suggest.

If you're drinking, stop it, get yourself water and sip it.

Think what has happened today. Can't all be bad, bet someone smiled or said something nice.

Will you kids give you a hug, do you need a hug?
