Pan fry in a little butter - serve with lots of green veg/salad and new potatoes

Or you can bake in foil in the oven with a little white wine or lemon to keep it moist.

Importantly, keep it simple and don't muck it about! It'll be delicious.

Fry in olive oil and perhaps a little garlic and sprinkle with chopped lemon balm leaves.

    Hi tiredmum,

Well done on your bargain! I either grill it or bake it in the oven wrapped in tinfoil with a knob of butter and some sliced lemon. I agree with greenbee, keep it as simple as possible.
