  • OMG this is a great post, wish i read this earlier as i onoly filled this bit in then, how much tippec can i get away with lol think i need to re-write mine. i bacially put the dedt started to get difficult to pay around 2 years ago with high loan payments and no money for living expenses we turned to the credit cards and over draft.

my part time hours and no pay rise also contributited to this as i'm a stay at home mum and my husband is the full time worker.

omg read this back it sound really lame! no dates or anything shall i re-write it? :(

this thread is a real life saver for (in my opinion) the hardest part of the form!

For those who aren't sure on dates, I signed up to Credit Expert (the Experian service) and it has all the dates and balances on there so I used those on the form in the outstanding debts section and then used it to help with dates on when my problems started - Very easy and also easy to cancel once you've signed up, just one phone call. I've found it invaluable for this sort of thing - probably won't use it once I am bankrupt coz there won't be any credit or credit score to check!! haha :o
  • Just wanted to bump this thread because it has really helped me as I prepare for my trip to court next week.
