They were really arsy in my email and oretty much sais its not their problm stuff goes out of stock! I emailed back to say thats not good enough but they havent replied as of yet!

I contacted them through the customer services option on the Amazon site and basically just asked them how come they cancelled my order when in fact the item is still in stock but at a much higher price. I then went onto ask them if this is a nomal proceedure for them to cancel orders for goods that have been reduced and then but them on sale for a much higher price.

I emailed them this morning and within 2 hours they emailed me back the following

    Dear Customer

Thank you for contacting us at Amazon.co.uk about your order #***-
    *******-******* for "Ultimate Force - Series 1 - 3 [Box Set]".

We have checked your account and found that you may have already
received an e-mail from us regarding this item. When we contacted the
supplier for an update, unfortunately we found that the item is no
    longer available.

When this order was placed, we have ordered the items from our
supplier. Unfortunately, when we contacted the supplier for an
update, we found that the item is no longer available with them.

We have tried to obtain this item from other suppliers but we have
not been successful. Please understand that as a retailer, we rely
solely on the supply from our supplier.

As we are currently unable to offer this item, it has been deleted
from your order, and you have not been charged for it. We apologise
for the length of time it has taken us to reach this conclusion.
Until recently, we had still hoped to obtain this item for you.

Although this item is still listed in our catalogue as being
available and it is currently still possible to place an order for it
on our website, such an order would be cancelled, as we are unable to
obtain a copy and our catalogue will shortly be updated to reflect
    this item's new status.

Although we spend a great deal of time updating the price and
availability information in our catalogue, there will inevitably be
times when the status of an item will have changed since our last
    update.

In addition to our large selection, one of the benefits we'd like to
offer our customers is convenience, and we have not met that standard
in this case. Please accept our sincere apologies.

We do appreciate your business, and would like to give you a 5.00 GBP
promotional gift certificate, for use toward your next Amazon.co.uk
    order.

The promotional gift certificate funds have already been added to
    your Amazon.co.uk account.

No problems, at least we have got something for nothing out of them but I would have rather got the DVD's but a free £5 to use will come in handy
