All I have brought in the sale is a bracelet and 2 necklaces from topshop, all £3 each, and a long, loose vest top with a feather print around the neckline from topshop. I already had 1 of these but the print had faded badly in the wash so wanted to get another, they only had a size 14 and I'm an 8 but it is a loose style so I'm hoping it will look ok, I'm yet to try it on! The top was £12 down from £18 so not a bargain really but I really wanted another 1!

  • - Three skirts (two reduced to £15 from £25, and one reduced to £15 from £32)
    - Dress from Dorothy Perkins (£9 down from £30, although I may eBay it as I'm not entirely sure that I love it)
    - Various shirts from Next (can't remember how much they were though but they were about £10 each down from £15 and they'll do for work)
    - Stripy cardigan from Next (£10 down from £15)

I never tend to like a lot of summery stuff anyway, I'd rather save my money for the new autumn stuff to be honest...

Oh I managed to get a set of bangles in River Island which I had been eyeing up for ages, but couldn't bring myself to spend £12.99 on, one set left for £4 so I snapped them up!!

Not really been that impressed with the sales this summer, although a few floral dresses in Laura Ashley I may save up for as they have some good reductions..Supposed to be saving up for a bike though..

I've been avoiding the sales as I had a personal challenge not to spend on anything non-essential until today. I cracked at 1am and bought a lovely pair of flat, slouchy ankle boots on the Office website (reduced from £40 to £25, plus 13% cashback through Quidco). But technically it was Wednesday morning when I bought them so I'm ok ;)
  • Yesterday, in next clearence i got

    A white cotton v neck jumper (£5)
Pair of petite (no alteraations) black wide leg trousers (£5)
Gorgeous linen beige signature pencil skirt (£8)
White linen long skirt (£4) for my impending holiday

I also however bough two swimming costumes in M&s at (£25) each....not very mse.... i won't mention my hermes replica bag for £80....

So far just a pair of petite kickflare black jeans from Littlewoods catalogue...or was it empire. Eh I don't know. But they were £24 down to £13.50 so now I have some nice black jeans, shame even the petite range is too long on me though.

I haven't really bothered much with the sales this time. Got a pair of slouchy jeans for £6 and red checked shirt £8 in New Look, and bought a pair of Frye boots reduced to £60 in Fenwicks.

I'll probably have a look in Monsoon when they have the 70% reductions though.
