Mortgage letter charges rip off

I have only just noticed I have been charged £35 a letter 6 letters in total and a fee of £100 debt counselling? due to the people I have my repayment mortgage with not listening to exactly what my payment plan would be in the past 6 months.

Can anyone advise if these charges can be reclaimed similar to the £35 charge for a credit card letter? and if so is there a template letter someone could suggest I use please.

On further investigation I have found over £1500 of these charges due to them not fully listening to how I was going to pay my monthly payment over the past 2 years.

Thanks for any help, very much appreciated.
