help regarding mortgage application

I recently applied for a morg through a brooker , i got the offer in principle now the morg company are being a nightmare with my mortgage offer. I dont have a brilliant credit rating so the interest in a bit higher when they done the in princ it came back with one late payment over the last five yrs then they said i have 2 defaults , which i know they come of my file later in the year , i have paid a £200 arrangement fee for the mortgage, do you think they will offer me it or are they just taking the xxxx
the mortgage is only for £35200 as it is a council house im buying the value of it is 70k

To be honest there isn't any point in any one here speculating - we don't know the ins and outs of your circumstances.

even after taking a arrangemnt fee of me , it is with the underwritters at the moment0

I only have 1 credit agreement ane a mobile phone there i always a min of £1k in my bank before i get paid0

I've no idea - sorry, not trying to be blunt it's just we don't know which lender it was, whether the arrangement fee is for the mortgage or the valuation, etc.
It's a frustrating process but you'll just have to wait and see what they do.

Every week they ask me for more info , my credit file says 2 defaults from 2003 and 1 late payment march 2008 . I need the offer by the 17th august , they have had all my stuff from the beginning of june0
