Yes I know there is already a thread on argos vouchers, but just like to say
I went into the stratford branch in london , very in yer face type of place, more a case of grunt, want attitude
more of a case of avoid if I can
however ,if the lady who served me is reading ,thanks,
I went in with the attitude of getting £40 of free gift vouchers, from the item I wanted, which cost £300
I explained what I wanted to do
bought £300 gift vouchers in three transactions i.e £100 each got £30, then bought the item £300 with gift vouchers got another £10 , left with the comment ringing in my ears, it`s nice to speak/deal with someone who speaks /behave decent,
remember peeps its the people at the top who make the rules

So did you just tell her you wanted to buy an item for £400 and she agreed with your plan to buy the vouchers and gave you the 3 x £10? You musta been quite lucky to get someone new cos i remember last time the vouchers were around staff were explicitly warned not to give out the free £10 on voucher purchases.
But well done to ya
