    Don't let the love you have for your child, be tainted by the CSA. Keep in mind that paying Child Support is NOT forever and nor is your depression :)

    Try and agree outside of CSA - you may be suprised.. but missing any payments and not being forthcoming/ignoring 'phone calls etc is not going to get you seen in a favourable light.

    You could always threaten to kill yourself though.. that usually stops some PWCs going for blood via the CSA :confused:

    Hmmm. Something tells me that it's not your depression that makes you charge your ex wife babysitting money to have your kids.

    I'm both a NRPP and a mother myself. I would neither allow my partner to charge his ex wife to see his kids nor would I pay him to see our children. Its beyond belief... I think maybe wind up also.

    The CSA is depressing.. but you don't have a choice.. just think, there are so many NRP/second families in your situation, and as someone has previously mentioned, the CSA will not be part of your life forever.
